Dr. Curtis Rogers discusses South Carolina's rich literary heritage with Aïda Rogers. Aïda is a writer and editor whose feature journalism has won national and regional awards. She has worked in newspapers, television, and magazines and has coauthored Stop Where the Parking Lot's Full, a guidebook to South Carolina's favorite restaurants, and she also edited three volumes of State of the Heart: South Carolina Writers on the Places They Love published by the University of South Carolina Press. She has also worked closely with Writing South Carolina, which is a high school writing contest sponsored by the University of South Carolina Honors College.

Dr. Donelan has been a middle school science teacher, a high school science teacher, school administrator, and district administrator. She has been with Richland County School District One for twenty-one years and has been the Lead Flight Director of their Challenger Learning Center since 2011. Dr. Curtis Rogers interviews author, Jerred Metz. Jerred has had many careers beginning with English professor and returning to it after two and a half decades in 2002. He taught creative writing at the University of Minnesota, Webster College in St. Louis, and Coker University in Hartsville, South Carolina. He is the author of six poetry books and six prose books and his latest book is Bellicourt Tunnel: The crowning battle of the Great War.
